     A: 10:  You exceeded our every expectation.   The management of multiple offers and perhaps even creating another offer from another disinterested party was certainly an exceptional performance of your sales duties.

     A:  Nothing comes to mind that was lacking in any way.  We feel that you went the extra mile for us in assisting with necessary activities that we could not perform because of our distance from Provo.

3.  If you had an experience you would like to tell my future clients about please share:

    A:  Your willingness to handle on-site inspections, contractors, checking out the previous tenant, holding keys for closing, etc. You saved us a considerable amount of money in travel expenses we did not incur.  Otherwise, we would have had to call upon family or friends to fill in for us or travel there ourselves.
